3) Advice and out of Court Settlement of matters under the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and Packaged Commodity rules 2011, Food and Drugs Act and Other special Statutes attracting criminal liabilities
4) Compliance audit of manufacturing/packing unit and detailed opinion for due compliance of PCRO. Approval of labels/ Artwork to meet the provisions of PCRO.
5) Adjudication of Stamp Duty consequent to Sale / Transfer of Business
6) Advising on matters with respect to Labour and Industrial Laws, maintenance of Registers and Records, filing of various Forms and Registers and follow-up with the Authorities.
7) Other Corporate Legal Advisory Services on retainership basis.
